The Yogic teachings reveal to us that Yoga is not something we achieve, but rather something we find back to, our natural state. In the business of everyday life, we tend to lose connection with ourselves, the earth and divinity. Yoga teaches us how to reconnect with our essence, our true heart’s desire and with a greater whole. The more we understand who we are underneath the different roles we play in life, the more we can move through life authentically and with purpose.
Daily Schedule*:
8-11am Meditation, mantra, connecting with the breath, Jivamukti practice
(Sun 15th class starts at 8.30 (due to late arrivals of some participants)
Before morning. practice self-serve tea, coffee and fruit
11.30 Brunch
17.30-19.00 Restorative evening practice, Yin sessions, mantra, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and discussions
19.30 Dinner
optional: chanting and watching sunset together after dinner
*There may be small changes to the schedule to adapt to weather conditions and the group’s needs. Saturday 14th and Saturday 21st of June are travel days. There are no classes scheduled. There will be a group dinner on Sat 14th for those who are already present.
Last meal will be breakfast on day of departure.
Classes are taught in English, with some German translation options

Über Bewegung den Körper in tiefe Entspannung und Ruhe führen, durch bewusstes Atmen das Nervensystem regulieren und deine Energiequelle wieder anzapfen, durch Singen und Hören von Mantra den Klang der Stille in der Meditation erfahren.
Die gemütliche Lenk Lodge sowie die erdende Bergwelt schaffen äusserlich die Rahmenbedingungen, um durch unsere Praxis Zugang zu unserem inneren Raum und der Stille zu finden.
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist physische und psychische Gesundheit sowie die Bereitschaft sich einzulassen. Das Retreat eignet sich sowohl für AnfängerInnen wie auch erfahrenere Yoga Praktizierende.
Tagesprogramm:
7.00 Tee & Snack
7.30 - 8.30 Meditation, Morgen Pranayama & Mantra
8.45 - 10.30 Dynamische Yoga Praxis
Anschliessend Brunch bis 12.00
Freizeit
16.45-18.45 Sanfte Yoga Praxis, Mantra, Abend Pranayama, Meditation
19.00 Abendessen
